DESCRIPTION:New Information Regarding 10 Week Course for Entrepreneurs in Harlingen. Four organizations have banded together to support entrepreneurs throughout Harlingen\, TX. The Harlingen Economic Development Corporation (HEDC)\, The Tropical Texas Regional Center of Innovation and Commercialization (TTRCIC)\, Texas State Technical College (TSTC) and The International Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center (IIEC) at UTB are collaborating to provide Kauffman FastTrac® NewVentureTM training to entrepreneurs in Harlingen.\n\nThe HEDC and TTRCIC have allocated funds to provide scholarships to individuals seeking to complete the training. The funding will allow for 100 % scholarships for up to 10 individuals. Scholarships are available for those who qualify.  Training is scheduled to begin on Tuesday\, June 12\, 2012.  Registration will run through Monday\, \nJune 11\,  2012.
