DESCRIPTION:2010 SPRING TRASH BASH presented by Harlingen Proud and the City of Harlingen on April 10\, 2010 from 8:00 am to 11:30 am.  11:45 am lunch at the Oil Mill Pavillion.  We are in need of Volunteers to help pick up trash citywide.  When a group signs up\, they will be able to choose a designated area to clean up.  First Come\, First Serve basis only.  Please bring gloves and a lot of enthusiasm.  We will be providing lunch & refreshments and a free T-shirt for your efforts!  REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!!!
