Dr. Michael Mohun\, Chief of Emergency Medicine at Valley Baptist Medical Center\, will be honored as a recipient of the ''Centennial Leadership Award\,'' which will be presented at this benefit dinner.\n\nThe ''Centennial Leadership Award'' has been designated by the Rio Grande Council of the Boy Scouts of America as an award to recognize a civic\, community\, or business leader who demonstrates patriotism\, leadership\, and service at a local\, state\, or national level.  The candidate must also provide service and support to the character development of youth within Cameron County.  Past honorees include Senator Eddie Lucio\, Neal O. Simmons\, Eddie Campirano\, Monsignor Gustavo Barrera\, Todd Mann\, and Mayor Chris Boswell. \n\nThe Honoree has been a long supporter of numerous youth programs and education in Cameron Country.  \n\nFunds raised for this dinner will support the Boy Scouts of America in the Rio Grande Valley.
