DESCRIPTION:The sessions will empower participants within 30 days to make better lifestyle choices to disarm Diabetes\, Lower High Blood Pressure\, Reduce High Cholesterol by 15-20%\, shed extra pounds\, Improve digestion and regularity\, and to Reduce reliance on expensive prescription drugs!\nSessions will be held at the Texas Room of Golden Palms Retirement   and on Oct. 29\, at the end of seminar to evaluate participant's progress.\nCHIP's 16 Regular sessions will begin Oct. 4 to October 28 - 4 days a week (Mondays through Thursdays) for 4 weeks at 2 hours every session.
