DESCRIPTION:Downtown Harlingen Holiday Contests Downtown Harlingen\nOngoing through December 28\, 2012\nDowntown Harlingen announces something new\, different\, and FUN this holiday season!  For the first time\, the public is invited to vote for their favorite holiday window displays.  t the same time\, individuals can take part in a Name That Song contest and could win prizes.  Both activities are free and open to the public\, with an entry deadline of December 28\, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.   A total of 34 downtown businesses are participating in the Name That Song and Favorite Window Display contests\, displaying posters with lines from popular Christmas songs in their windows.\n\nTo participate\, guess the names of the songs and write them on the contest entry form\, and vote for your three (3) favorite window displays.  At least 15 Christmas songs must be correctly identified in order to be eligible for a prize drawing on January 3\, 2013.
