DESCRIPTION:SAVE THE DATE!  Landscape Revitalization Project presented by Harlingen Proud and the City of Harlingen November 7\, 2009 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.\n\nWe are in need of Volunteers to help clean up landscaping beds on public land around the city.  When a group signs up\, they will be able to choose a designated area - First Come\, First Serve basis only\n\nSome locations are high traffic areas including Loop 499 and Dixieland Entrance Area.\n\nPlease bring gloves\, gardening equipment (weed-eaters\, clippers\, rakes\, and shovels\, and a lot of enthusiasm.
