Tuesday evening\, November 30th from 6:30 to 9:30 pm at the TSTC Cultural Arts Center on Loop 499.   Great food and wine will be hand-served by the gentlemen of the Harlingen Rotary Club.   Ticket price of $30 in advance or $40 at the door includes 2 glasses of wine & a special signature drink created just for the event.  Advance sale tickets will be available at the Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce located at 311 E. Tyler\, or from a Harlingen Rotary Club member.
