Tips and tools for planning and organizing award applications\n?  Understanding the judging process\n?  How to organize your community's application\n 4:00 – 6:00pm will be a tour of Harlingen's Beautification and Recycling Efforts for those interested in learning more about Harlingen Proud.\nThursday\, November 11:\n                Fundraising (9:00 am - 12:00 pm)\n?  Raising money – not easy but simple                              \n?  Where to start\n?  Cultivating major givers\n?  Special events\n?  Recognition\n\n \nThe training will be held at:\nHarlingen Public Library – Auditorium\n410 '76 Drive\nHarlingen\, Texas 78550\n \nIf you are new to KTB\, looking for more information or a refresher\, this is the training for you.  Volunteers and board members are encouraged to attend!   Attendance satisfies the training requirement for all KTB Affiliate Recognition levels (Good Standing\, Silver Star\, Gold Star).
