DESCRIPTION:The dinner will be held at the TSTC Cultural Arts Center on Loop 499 starting at 6:00 pm. This year's event promises to be extra special as we honor individuals and organizations that have planted seeds of hope for many hungry\, homeless and needy citizens within our community.
