The annual address is sponsored by the Rotary Club of Harlingen. Mayor Boswell will report on the City's accomplishments for 2011 and tell the community what it has to look forward to in 2012.\nThe event will take place at the Rotary Club's regular lunch meeting at The Reese\, 202 S. First Street\, in downtown Harlingen\, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The "State of the City" address is open to the public. Lunch will be served but plates are limited and tickets will be sold on a first-come\, first-served basis at the door. Seating for those not wishing to eat also will be provided\, as in the past. For more information\, contact City Secretary Amanda Elizondo at 216-5001.
