DESCRIPTION:MDA Stride and Ride Walk to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy.\n\nThe Muscular Dystrophy Association is the world's leading voluntary health organization\, fighting more than 40 muscle-wasting diseases that affect hundreds of people of all ages right here in the RGV.  Money raised will help MDA continue providing services such as expert medical care at our MDA Clinic (Valley Baptist Medical Center)\, MDA summer camps for youngsters\, repair of wheelchairs and other equipment. MDA also funds hundreds of top scientists world-wide seeking treatments and cures.  MDA seeks no government or United Way funding or fees from those it serves. The Association's programs are funded almost entirely by individual\, private contributions.  Team Captains and team members are needed to make this event a success.
