DESCRIPTION:Mandy Key with Harlingen Proud is asking for volunteers to help with the Neighborhood Clean Up scheduled for this Saturday\, September 11th in the Wheeler Park Area from 8 am to Noon.  We will be removing debris and graffiti.  Be sure to bring your work gloves & a hat is recommended.  Wear old clothes such as jeans & closed toe shoes.  Animal Control and Code Enforcement will be partnering with us – however\, please be mindful of loose dogs – do not pet or engage with these animals – report them to Mandy or animal control.
