DESCRIPTION:Adults and children are invited to participate in a photo contest to celebrate National Preservation Month (May).  Entries should highlight Downtown Harlingen buildings\, streetscapes\, or architectural details.  There are four categories:  Ages 12   Ages 13-18\; Over 18 years of age\; Professional Photographers.  Photos will be judged by a panel of artists and photographers and will be displayed at D'Arte Centre\, 115 E. Jackson in Downtown Harlingen\, during the month of June.  Complete photo contest rules and entry forms are available at Downtown Harlingen businesses\, the Downtown Harlingen office\, and online at www.downtownharlingen.com.
