DESCRIPTION:Let's GLOW the night away at Viva Streets Harlingen! The streets will be closed to automobile traffic so that they may be used for walking\, bicycling\, dancing\, playing and socializing (among other activities). This year the Harlingen Public Library's National Night Out will be held in conjunction with Viva Streets Harlingen and the theme is "Light up your Mind & Body!". We are encouraging all to colorfully and brightly decorate themselves and their bikes (or skates\, skateboard\, etc..) and join us for a one mile "paved park".
