City of Harlingen's Lighting of the Arroyo

The Arroyo Holiday Lighting features performances by local groups with a selection of holiday music and a special appearance by Santa Clause. Limited seating in the park will be available and take a blanket or lawn chair to sit on the hill and a flash light. Parking can be reached off of Commerce Street by following the access, and continuing under the Arroyo Bridge.
