Harlingen Toastmasters to host a Speech Craft event in September! Harlingen Noon Toastmasters is pleased to announce that there will be a special Speech Craft event on September 13, at noon for a one hour meeting located at the Harlingen Chamber of Commerce office. If you have wanted to get an inside look at how the Toastmasters program can give you the confidence to excel at job interviews, teach a training class, lead a seminar or do a better job at communicating, this class could be for you. "Harlingen Noon Toastmasters provides a supportive and positive environment where members have the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills," says Kathy Payton, Club President for the Harlingen Noon Toastmasters. "This speech craft event will be held on Thursday for three consecutive week sessions with the first meeting beginning on September 13 at noon, and will be led by Brian Epps, who is the former Area District Governor for Toastmaster District 55," said Payton. The training session will include a manual with all the materiel you need to improve your communication skills the very first day. "The material was well a the support from experienced Toastmasters will help mentor an assist you to grow in a positive environment," stated Brian Epps.
