We are having our 1st Annual Denim & Diamonds Red Cross Gala. As you may know, the American Red Cross South Texas Chapter has been serving the Rio Grande Valley since 1917. Our office is located at 6914 W. Expressway 83 in Harlingen and we are proud to serve Cameron, Willacy, Hidalgo and Starr Counties.
