2010 Arbor Day Ceremony in Memory of Mr. James Matz. Presented by Harlingen Proud and the City of Harlingen will be on Feb. 18 from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm at Liberty Gardens, next to the Cultural Arts Center/Library. Ceremony will be moved into the Cultural Arts Center in case of rain. Please join Harlingen Pround in honoring Mr. Matz and his wonderful contributions to our City and the Rio Grande Valley.
