American Heart Association 2009 Wes Lepard Heart Walk

The American Heart Walk is an annual 5K non-competitive family walking event designed to bring public awareness to physical activity and a heart-healthy lifestyle, while at the same time, raising the critical dollars needed to fund the life-saving research and educational community programs of the American Heart Association. Walkers from all over Cameron County come out to support the fight against our country's leading causes of death...heart disease and stroke.
