The U.S. Small Business Administration has organized a special series of four (4) human resource workshops to help small business owners or anyone thinking about starting a business avoid legal issues, as well as employee dissatisfaction. Part IV will be presented by the Society for Human Resource Management RGV and will teach participants the importance of setting expectations for your new hires.
