Jammin' on Jackson Street with Vance Greek & Friends Thursday, December 27, 2012 | 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. (plenty of free parking in the Public Lot behind building) Come enjoy free live music inside this new facility, a model railroad clubhouse and family event center on the corner of 1st and Jackson in Downtown Harlingen. Vance Greek and a variety of local musicians will participate. The music will be mostly country, folk, bluegrass, and gospel. There will be three shows, beginning at 10 a.m., 11:00 a.m, and 1:00 p.m. The sessions are free and open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis, with the facility cleared after each show. Attendees also will receive discount coupons for Downtown shops and restaurants.
