Kids' Bicycle Costume Parade
Attention bike riders up to age 12! Grab your bike and helment, put on your favorite costume and help "Pedal for Pets." Prizes for best costumes and a raffle. Register at Bicycle World in Harlingen or at the Humane Society of Harlingen. Registration fee ($20) benefits the Humane Society of Harlingen. For more info, call Katie, 873-1438.
