OKTOBERFEST AT TSTC Harlingen
Oktoberfest, the fun fall festival for families, will celebrate autumn traditions and include a Haunted House at the TSTC Wellness & Sports Center. The TSTC Athletic Field is at the corner of Rio Hondo Road and 29th Street. The TSTC Wellness & Sports Center is along Loop 499 near United Launch Alliance and Valley International Airport. There will be a costume contest, photos with Scooby-Doo, rides, games and prizes. There is no admission fee; student organizations will sell food and beverages to raise funds for projects.
