Seminar - ''7 Keys to Marketing Success''

The Harlingen Area Chamber of Commerce invites all small business owners to a free seminar on marketing. The workshop, presented in partnership with the UTPA Small Business Development Center, will help business owners on identify customers, selling, and how to developing a marketing plan. The ''7 Keys to Marketing Success'' will be held at the Chamber, 311 E Tyler in Harlingen, on September 30 from 2 pm to 4 pm. Attendees will learn how to answer questions about potential customers and how to reach these customers using the right message. ''Small business owners really need to understand who their potential customers are and where to find them before they start spending money on trying to attract them. A great amount of marketing and advertising efforts is misspent because they are directed at individuals who are not potential customers. Advertising and marketing, while essential, is too expensive to squander.'' said Oscar Garcia, workshop presenter. Pre-registration is required.
