University of Phoenix Grand Opening
University of Phoenix is celebrating the grand opening of their new campus location with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The festivities will begin at 5 p.m. but the ribbon cutting will be held at 6 p.m. Then the celebration will continue until 8 p.m. with food, games and fun
