Unveiling Ceremony of the Play, Love & Laugh Mural
The City of Harlingen will hold an unveiling ceremony at the Splash Park for the Play, Love & Laugh mural which was painted by Mrs. Carol F. Grimsley. Mrs.Grimsley donated her time to paint the mural which depicts children at play and several sea creatures at play as well. The City wishes to show its appreciation to Mrs.Grimsley by honoring her with a plaque for her work. Please join us!
