Wild Game Feast 2014, benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Rio Grande Valley

One of the Valley's most popular and unique events wil return February 22, 2014 when Ronald McDonald Charities of the Rio Grande Valley hosts its 15th Annual Wild Game Feast, presented by Valley Baptist Health System. 

As its name suggests, the evening centers around a delicious array of food featuring entrees prepared with wild game.  Non-game entrees will also be available, along with a variety of side dishes, all catered by Wray & Company. Marshall Law, a popular country and rock band, will be providing music throughout the evening. Both live and silent auctions provide plenty of opportunities for participants to support this worthy cause.

Last year's Wild Game Feast raised over $85,000, and those funds went to work immediately to provide comfort and care to families of seriously ill children being treated in Rio Grande Valley hospitals. While the hospital cares for the child, the Ronald McDonald House cares for the family by providing a place to stay, a stocked pantry for meals, and a comforting homelike atmosphere with families experiencing similar situations.
