Job Summary:

1. Accounting Data Entry & Record Maintenance

  • Accurately type, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Daily entry of key financial transactions into the database
  • Scan, name, and store files systematically within the client database for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record keeping.

2. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Prepare general ledger postings and financial statements.
  • Reconcile client accounts promptly to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Research, track, and restore any accounting or documentation issues or discrepancies.
  • Compile and prepare reports and summaries on various activity areas for management review.

3. Support & Compliance

  • Provide administrative support to EZY Group Managers and departments.
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
  • Assist with special projects such as researching and preparing documentation for business plans.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to accounting and foreign labor management.

4. Documentation & Communication

  • Research and resolve documentation problems efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding financial activities and issues.
  • Respond to inquiries from management or clients regarding billing, payments, or account status.

5. Accounts Managements

  • Monitor and process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.

6. Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve record-keeping and accounting processes.
  • Assist in implementing new procedures or software updates to enhance efficiency

7. Additional Duties:

  • Support the finance team during month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the agency’s mission and operational needs.

8. Skills and Qualification

  • Familiarity with bookkeeping procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks accounting software.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, financial reports, and online record-keeping.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in date entry
  • Strong aptitude for numbers and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform online filing, document management, and record-keeping tasks efficiently
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred for effective communication with diverse clients and team member.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
