November 7 – 11, Harlingen - 19th Annual RGV Birding Festival The RGV Birding Festival features a variety of seminars and field trips each year. The 2013 festival is scheduled to run Nov. 7-11. A trade show will also be held during the course of the festival. Field trips depart from the Harlingen Municipal Auditorium complex.
