2011 FALL TRASH BASH presented by Keep Harlingen Beautiful and the City of Harlingen November 5, 2011 8:00 am - 11:30 am 11:45am Lunch at the City Hall Parking Lot (in case of inclement weather - lunch will be moved to Oil Mill Pavilion) We are in need of Volunteers to help pick up trash citywide. When a group signs up, they will be able to choose a designated area to clean up. First Come, First Serve basis only. Please bring gloves and a lot of enthusiasm! We will be providing lunch & refreshments and a free T-shirt for your efforts!
