4TH ANNUAL "DIAMONDS IN THE SKY" FAMILY KITE DAY

4TH ANNUAL "DIAMONDS IN THE SKY" FAMILY KITE DAY, SATURDAY, APRIL 24, 2010. The Harlingen Parks and Recreation Department is hosting their 4th Annual "Diamonds in the Sky" event. Kids of all ages will enjoy flying their kite with their families and friends. We will have a kite flying competition, and kids will have the opportunity to build their own kite by using the Valley Morning Star Newspaper and enter into a contest during the event. Prizes will be given away to the winners. Location: Sports Complex Park - Behind the Adult Softball Fields, 3139 Wilson Road. Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Date: Saturday, April 24, 2010.
