CineSol Film Festival Saturday, September 10 - Sunday, September 11 TSTC in Harlingen CineSol Film Festival 2011 is set for their Opening Weekend at TSTC in Harlingen on September 10-11! Screenings start at noon both Saturday and Sunday at the TSTC Cultural Arts Center in Harlingen. All TSTC students, faculty and staff get in free with a valid ID. Each individual event is $5 except for The Trainee/El Ambulante and the Results of the 36 Hour Film Race. The admission for those two events is $10. Website: www.cinesol.com
