TSTC's Student Government Association to Sponsor Harlingen City Commission Candidates' Forum The TSTC Student Government Association will sponsor a District One candidates' forum with Danny Castillo, J.J. Gonzalez and Gail Moore. The forum moderator will be assisted by SGA President Ruth Treviño and the other SGA officers, who will pose the questions to the candidates. By college policy, the distribution or display of political literature will not be allowed. The District One special election will be held at Long Elementary School, 2601 N. Seventh St., from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, December 16. District One in Harlingen includes Cameron County precincts 56, 78, 84 and 87; early voting information is online at www.myharlingen.us .
