SAVE THE DATE! Landscape Revitalization Project presented by Harlingen Proud and the City of Harlingen November 7, 2009 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. We are in need of Volunteers to help clean up landscaping beds on public land around the city. When a group signs up, they will be able to choose a designated area - First Come, First Serve basis only Some locations are high traffic areas including Loop 499 and Dixieland Entrance Area. Please bring gloves, gardening equipment (weed-eaters, clippers, rakes, and shovels, and a lot of enthusiasm. Limited Equipment will be available for check out at the City Hall Parking lot from 7:30 am – 8:30 am. Refreshments provided at equipment checkout site.
