Spring Break Fiesta

Spring Break Fiesta Sponsored by Harlingen Leadership Academy Families are invited to enjoy free food, games, face painting and ID kits provided by the Harlingen Police Department. Representatives will be on site to meet with parents and answer questions regarding the opening of, HLA, the newest campus of Jubilee Academic Center.
